ICCP 2024 Secretariat respects the privacy rights and is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. We

not use your personal information for any purpose other than that set forth herein or disclose such

to any third party without the consent of the registrants.

- Items of personal information collected: Nationality, Title, First Name, Last Name, Organization,
Department, Position, Mobile Phone, Office Telephone, E-mail, etc.
- Purpose of Collection and Use of Collected Information
- To manage registrants
- To contact and deliver information regarding the conference
- Duration of Retention and Use of Information
We retain collected information from the date you first sign up until the purpose of collection and use of
such
information is accomplished. And we immediately delete your personal information once the purposes of
collection
and use of the personal information are achieved. However, we retain part of information with specific
reason
indicated below;
- To manage registrants: 90 days after the conference ends
- To provide further information related to the conference: 1 year after the conference ends
- Outsourcing of Processing of Personal Information
ICCP 2024 is hosted by Korean Meteorological Society and operated by IHN Communication Korea.
We may outsource your information for preparing the conference.
