* ICCP 2024 adopted a double-blind review policy where author names will not be made available to those reviewing the abstracts.

Submission Guidelines

  • 1) Abstract Text
  • The abstract may contain the following:
     - Title of the abstract
     - Author(s) affiliation(s)
     - The presenting author's name is first and is followed by each co-author’s name
     - Preference for oral or poster presentation
  • All abstracts must be submitted online and be written in clear English. Ensure that your abstract is grammatically correct and free of typographical errors.
  • The abstract body should be concise (100 to 400 words), and written in English with correct spelling and proper sentence structure.
  • Authors can edit and modify their submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the abstract, as no additional editing will be permitted after the deadline.
  • Authors can choose their presentation preference (Oral or Poster). However, the committee will make the final decision after review.

  • Capitalize the first letter of each word
Author Information
  • Name: Write first and family name(s) in full
  • Affiliation should be structured as follows: Department, Institution, Country
Abstract Body
  • Limited to 100-400 words
Abstract Submission Fees
  • The abstract submission fee is KRW 100,000 (approx. USD 78).
  • 2) Responsibilities as an Author
  • The submitted abstract can be presented at the conference by the author or one of the co-authors.
  • Each delegate can have a maximum of one oral presentation.
  • By submitting an abstract, the authors agree to abide by the conference rules.
  • Duplicate submissions or submitting the same abstract to multiple sessions will result in automatic rejection.
  • Authors are responsible for the content of their abstracts.
  • English is the official language of the conference.

Payment (Card ONLY)

  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, China UnionPay.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Refund Policy

  • The abstract submission fee is a processing charge and is non-refundable.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the committee following double blinded reviewing procedures where the identity of the authors is not known to the reviewers.
  • Notification of acceptance will be sent via e-mail to the lead author by March 31, 2024.
  • The lead author should respond to the acceptance notification to confirm their attendance and identify of the presenting author.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by June 30, 2024, the abstract will be automatically removed from the final program.
